The headquarters of the AXA Group brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture, which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work. Within the Group, you will join Group Finance which ensures the delivery of financial performance of the business as per the targets; manages capital, liquidity, M&A, investments and investors' relationship; is in charge of budget, forecasting and reporting; manages the Group's tax position and litigations. More specifically, you will be part of the Group Finance Transformation department. The Transformation Office's overall objective and vision is to improve how Finance operates, with three overarching targets: better serve the business, boost and motivate teams by simplifying processes and improving tools and increase our effectiveness, also in terms of costs.
Controlling activities across the group encompass 900 employees for 150m€ of budget. Its activities are closely linked with the other finance teams and, as finance partners, with all business teams. Typical responsibilities include:
Candidate profile: Senior position with good understanding of controlling processes, organization strategy as well as transformation purpose and priorities Technical skills: Strong project management skills, and experience in leading a project involving a wide variety of stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds Superior communication, negotiation and presentation skills Ability to convince and influence to impact strategic decisions Experience with Anaplan would be a big plus Fluent in English Soft skills and competencies: Solution driven mindset Good working relationship with workstream leaders and strong communication skills to ensure divisional support for initiative teams Strong problem solving and analytics capabilities to support initiative solution development Work experiences and knowledge in relevant initiative areas Demonstrated coaching / management capabilities to develop initiative leads capabilities
