Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor! Are you passionate about providing exceptional support and making a real difference in people's lives? AXA Assistance is seeking dedicated full time Customer Service Advisors to provide advice to customers and partners in the provision of emergency vehicle/home assistance services, supporting customers across Ireland, the UK, and beyond. At AXA Assistance, we're committed to being there for our customers whenever they need us—every day of the week. That's why we need dedicated, flexible team members to join our Customer Centre in Athlone where we offer; a predictable, set roster so you'll always know your schedule in advance. 33.50 hours per week, operating between the hours 8.45pm and 7am with rolling shifts 4 nights on, 4 nights off. After completing your training and gaining confidence in your role, there's an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work. Approximate start date mid January 2026. Candidates must be available to attend training on-site in Athlone, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday for approximately 4 weeks.
