Account Manager

Join our team as an Account Manager and play a key role in achieving revenue and margin goals within your assigned accounts. In this role, you will identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and create strategic partnerships that foster shared success for our customers, vendor partners, and our company.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships to understand customer goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers.
  • Develop and execute business plans that align customer objectives with our value proposition.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track progress toward revenue and growth targets.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and leverage partner marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to align solutions that maximize profitable growth and customer expansion.
  • Prioritize high-potential customers and opportunities for success.
  • Monitor pipeline and key metrics, ensuring profitability and minimizing profit leaks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to broaden sales capabilities.
  • Experience managing moderately complex accounts and developing tailored strategies.
  • Ability to work independently within assigned territory and negotiate within defined parameters.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams and direct client engagement.
  • 3+ years of experience in the same role.
  • Bachelor degree in electronics.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
