Job Description
As a (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/w/d) in the Baden-Württemberg region, you will have the following tasks:
- You will support and advise a certain customer portfolio (real estate agents, developers, financial customers, and housing cooperatives) in a specific region to achieve the best possible digital reach for them.
- As a portfolio manager, you are responsible for acquiring new customers, as well as reacquiring and upselling existing customers.
- You will present our products directly to customers on-site.
- You will establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, identify their needs, address decision-makers, and win them over for an immowelt solution.
- You will advise your existing customers on campaign management and review success with monthly analyses.
- You are responsible for reacquiring customers for us (win back).
- You will create customized customer offers through our CRM system.
- You will track your activities, appointments, and customer processes (cancellations with reason, preparation for new customer meetings, etc.) in our CRM system.
Qualifications
What you bring with you:
- You are a strong sales talent, customer-oriented, and convince your customers through negotiation skills.
- You can demonstrate relevant professional experience in field sales.
- You prefer to win your customers through personal contact, with competent benefit arguments, and have a sense for your counterpart.
- You have a high degree of self-organization and can design your customer visits strategically in a meaningful and efficient way.
- You ideally have initial experience in the real estate sector.
- You are a regional contact person in a specific sales area and personally support the customers on-site.
- You are fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You are confident in using MS Office products.
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration/economics or a comparable adequate qualification.
- You are a reliable personality and like to show initiative.
