Onsite Support Technician / Photographer
The Onsite Support Technician / Photographer partners with customers, management, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on-premises support with the goal of delivering a world-class customer service experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Set up and breakdown of conference spaces
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Provide timely and quality support tasks
- Field service support of networked devices
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Adhere to local safety standards
- Provide documentation and end-user training
- Setup and troubleshoot A/V systems
- Travel to various job sites as required
- Create, review and update incoming Tririga and ServiceNow cases for the Freeport AV team
- Monitor consumables used on AV tasks and projects and ensure accurate replacement orders are placed
- Provide corporate headshot photography as requested
- Support corporate event photography, including on-site coverage as needed
- Edit and prepare photographs based on client specifications
- Maintain flexibility to work extended hours which include nights, weekends, and holidays to support event photography needs
- Travel locally as required to fulfill photography assignments
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- This position will generally work on customer sites and may deal with a construction site type of work environment

- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Education and/or experience:
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Flexibility to work after hours/weekends
- Corporate and Industrial Photography
- One to three years experience in AV/videoconferencing support
- Installation and Audio-Visual experience
