We are looking for assistance at our counters to serve our valued customers. Based at the busy Auckland Airport and feeling the pulse of the city as travelers come and go - you will enjoy the excitement of assisting people on journeys!
Full-time (40-hours per week) position available

We operate 7 days a week, on a rotating roster so there will be a requirement for you to work early mornings (from 6.30 am), afternoons, nights (until 2 am), weekends and public holidays as required.
About the role:
From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, assist with their rental needs promote and market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings. You will also assist with general customer enquiries and finding resolutions to queries.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and cleanliness.
