Customer Service Specialist - Dutch Speaking

Customer Service Representatives/Officers support Avery Dennison's customers by providing accurate and complete information that meets our customers' needs. They address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation including order management, quality, and lead times. Individuals in these roles understand Avery Dennison's products, solutions, and services and apply this knowledge in solving customer needs.

This is an on-site position.

  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including sales, order entry, finance, and operations to receive and share required information.
  • Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by supporting commercial teams or actively selling products on their own behalf.
  • Think ahead and anticipate needs, opportunities, and concerns from the customers supported and proactively take action accordingly.

Demonstrated ability to build connections and understand the business landscape.
