Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic accounts, focusing on product development, order execution, and service delivery. This role acts as a vital link between the client, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless project delivery and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Product Development

  • Manage the product lifecycle from initial client briefing and artwork intake to costing, sampling, and final approval.
  • Partner with Design and Technical Sales to develop custom presentations and product solutions based on client briefs.
  • Conduct regular client analysis to identify growth opportunities and support commercial initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and Avery Dennison innovations to provide expert branding advice.

2. Order & Process Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring all requests follow approved workflows.
  • Provide structured onboarding for new clients to ensure internal and external alignment.
  • Maintain in-depth client profiles and branding strategies to ensure consistent global execution.
  • Continually optimize electronic communication tools and forms to improve workflow efficiency.

3. Supply Chain & Communication

  • Proactively monitor the supply chain, communicating potential issues to clients in real-time and offering viable alternatives.
  • Coordinate the "White Glove" service experience by engaging cross-functional groups (Design, Tech, Ops) for complex opportunities.
  • Ensure real-time availability for client inquiries and conduct physical site visits when necessary.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a client-facing or order management role,
  • Language: Full professional fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Systems: Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and Google Suite.
  • Competencies: * The Problem Solver: High-level conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
