We are looking for a Customer Service professional!
Are you a professional with a strong customer focus? This opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Enter and track all sales orders in the system
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Documentation: Maintain updated records of customer interactions, using the established forms and procedures.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure the timely and quality delivery of products or services.
- Communication: Inform customers about new products and share knowledge with the team to improve performance.
Requisitos
- University degree or higher (not mandatory)
- Previous experience in customer service in the industry
- Agile, proactive, analytical profile, team work spirit and communication
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of basic software such as MS-Office, Google Sheets
Informaci贸n Adicional
Workplace: Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
