What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree is welcome
  • Languages: Professional working proficiency in English and Polish, language optional - French, German
  • Experience: Experience working in customer service, computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), SAP and IMPULS – optional
  • Possesses proven problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Must be customer-focused
  • Practices attentive and active listening
  • Possesses organization and time management skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently

How You'll Thrive And Create An Impact

  • Be available for customers by email/chat
  • Order management: registration, requirement and feasibility checks, communication to customers
  • Open order management: link with internal departments as QA, Supply Chain, Product Management and Manufacturing to fulfill customer requirements
  • Proactive communication with customers on any changes for order fulfillment
  • Receive and process complaints
  • Support activities and campaigns
  • Provide customers with information regarding products, services, prices and delivery times
  • Handle reservations and contracts
  • Responsibility for invoicing activities, order & shipment tracking
