This is a client-facing implementation role focused on end-to-end onboarding for payroll and benefits. The person configures and tests payroll systems (primarily WorkForce Now) based on client needs, runs initial payrolls, troubleshoots issues, and ensures data accuracy, compliance, and timely go-live. They act as a consulting partner to clients answering questions, explaining processes, and educating worksite employees on benefits while coordinating with internal teams to meet timelines and service expectations. Strong candidates have at least 1+ year of experience in client service or customer-facing roles, ideally with exposure to payroll, HRMS, or implementation work. They should be comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office, understand basic payroll compliance, and be able to juggle multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Soft skills are critical: clear communication, relationship-building, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to stay composed and adaptable under pressure.
