The Project Services Implementation Consultant is expected to independently manage concurrent projects and overall workload in accordance with ADP’s Service Excellence standard, as well as in alignment to NAS Project Services best practices. Success and performance indicators are assessed through the following systems: client satisfaction measured by survey. Efficiency and productivity captured in metrics such as project duration and response and action that meet established timeline, and other analogous indicators. Quality & accuracy determined through project notes and documentation, as well presence of production errors. Feedback from support, leaders, and internal partners in relation to assigned work and responsibilities.
