The HR and Payroll Implementation Consultant primarily does configuration for HR and Payroll system during the entire implementation phase of new and Migrated NAS clients. Responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of the payroll module in the ADP's Current and Next Gen HCM. Collaborate with implementation teams to complete requirements gathering, determine solution design, and complete system configuration based on the project's scope. Configure systems that are based on the design requirements documented by the client-facing implementation consultant, and are accurate, validated, and proven. Execute updates based on documentation changes throughout the iterative modeling, collaborate and validate the process.
