Role Overview: The Senior Implementation Specialist is responsible for guiding clients through all phases of their annual Open Enrollment (OE) on ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Benefits. This is a consultative, client-facing role focusing on technical guidance, project management, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This specialist does not perform system configuration on behalf of clients but empowers them with expert advice and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Guided Dedicated Support (50%):
Serve as the Open Enrollment Project Manager, overseeing a high volume of OE projects within defined timelines and ensuring timely closure. Provide expert guidance on WFN Benefits setup and maintenance; advise clients on best practices and system options. Partner with clients who already have WFN Benefits modules established; support primarily familiar, returning clients. Own the OE relationship with each client (not part of a project team); guide clients through changes without direct system configuration. Act as a subject matter expert for Benefits and Decision Support modules. Demonstrate basic ACA module knowledge, identifying potential setup issues and directing clients to appropriate resources. Approach all client interactions with a consultative mindset prioritizing problem-solving, analytical thinking, and creative solutions.
Project Management Administration (40%):
Create, maintain, and manage project plans; track milestones, dependencies, and phased approaches as needed. Oversee and resolve open items, proactively communicating project status and responsibilities to clients. Facilitate requests to ADP Connections Service Team and ADP Payroll Team as required. Ensure documentation and closure of all OE-related requests within established timelines (30 business days of clients renewal date). Exhibit exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
