Implementation Specialist

Role:

  1. Responsible for implementation from kick off to go-live and hyper care
  2. Works closely with clients by participating on project meetings to understand their needs and goals
  3. Manage project requirements, timeline and alignment on key objectives
  4. Supports ADP Global Team and ICP with delivering tasks through project lifecycle
  5. Direct day-to-day coordination of tasks within matrixed organization and third parties
  6. Ensures implementation meets ADP standard processes and mitigate potential gaps
  7. Accountable for driving closure of all escalated issues, either independently or through engagement of other stakeholders

Requirements:

  1. Excellent in communication and coordination skills in both – English and Czech/Slovak language
  2. Strong focus on client service
  3. Structured and analytical mindset written and spoken
  4. Advanced understanding of payroll process, systems and ADP standards
  5. Ability to establish and retain positive relationship with clients and project participants
  6. Manage multiple simultaneous implementations with various clients
