As an Operations Manager of Tech Services ADPR/Tier II in ADP HRO, you will be the strategic leader responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction, retention, and growth within a portfolio of key enterprise clients. You will oversee a team of Client Service Team Managers and serve as the senior point of escalation, advisor, and partner to clients leveraging ADPs comprehensive HRO solutions (e.g., payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, compliance, talent management).
