We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager who combines deep business understanding with strong program management and data analytics skills. - Build and maintain standardized reporting processes, dashboards, and Excel-based tools to provide actionable insights and reduce manual effort.
- Automate recurring reporting and tracking workflows, saving significant manual hours and improving data accuracy.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring data and workflow issues, enhancing SLA adherence and reliability.
- Track and manage multiple projects focused on efficiency improvements and automation within payroll and related operations.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and change logs to support auditability and smooth transitions.
- Use data validation and quality checks to reduce reporting errors and rework.
- Deliver recurring reporting packs and dashboards with 100% on-time delivery, improving leadership visibility into KPIs, exceptions, and SLAs.
- Apply Lean principles and collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency gains and process optimization.
