ADP Is Seeking A Dynamic And Strategic Senior Manager, HRTech UpMarket Implementation
In this leadership role, the Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Workforce Now projects in the HRTech, UpMarket Segment. You will oversee and lead professional teams in HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance consultants, fostering a supportive and empowering environment to help team members grow and succeed.
This role demands a strong combination of strategic planning, project management expertise, leadership, and exceptional client communication skills. The Senior Implementation Manager serves as a key point of contact, effectively engaging with all stakeholders and building solid client relationships. Their primary goal is to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction, as measured by ADP's "Quality Survey."

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic leadership: Offer coaching and constructive feedback to team members, oversee the performance and professional growth of associates, and cultivate a positive, innovative work environment. Guide teams through complex projects while ensuring high levels of engagement and motivation among associates.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations, facilitating communication, and building strong relationships and NPS.
- Forecasting & Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and project obstacles, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects in line with forecasted objectives.
- Implementation methodology: Oversee all phases of a WFN project, including business analysis, design, system configuration, testing and transition clients post go-live.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Stakeholder management: Act as a key point of contact for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to influence decision-making.
- Problem-solving: Proactively identify project issues, recommend solutions, and use systems thinking to solve complex business problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Over 3+ years of experience in leadership, with significant time spent in large scale implementation and a proven track record in driving large-scale initiatives.
- Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, interpret data, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative, actionable solutions.
- Relationship Building: Adept at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
ASSETS:
- Professional certification preferred, i.e., PMP, CPHR, PLP or PCP
- Through knowledge of ADP Implementation processes and practices
- 5+ years of experience in leading complex software rollouts
