Train, Test, and Validate: Conduct training, testing, and validation with the client before participating in the first go-live. Manage Client Accounts: Oversee various accounts from project initiation, supporting the client through all phases of the implementation. Handle Risks and Escalations: Manage project risks and escalations to resolution. Follow Up and Resolve Issues: Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items.
