Job Description

The candidate will be inserted into the Customer Service team and will be responsible for following the customer during the purchase and delivery process of the cars. They will also be able to manage and resolve post-sales reports, liaising with different departments.

Qualifications

What You Will Do:

• Phone, email, and chat customer support, ensuring adequate response times and quality of service offered;
• Manage the first contact with the customer for the start of the registration process;
• Support the customer during pre-delivery or post-delivery vehicle requests;
• Coordinate with other company functions.

What We Require:

• Relevant diploma or university degree;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proficiency in the Google Suite, particularly GSheet;
• Previous experience in Customer Service or in the automotive sector, knowledge and use of CRM systems;
• Motivation for the role, problem-solving skills, and stress resistance, curiosity, and proactivity.

Additional Information

Workplace: HQ in Via Perin Del Vaga 2, Milan.

Work Schedule: Full-time from Monday to Saturday on shifts 09:00 - 19:00
