Job Description
For our Italian headquarters, we are looking for a brilliant and dynamic person to join the Operations Team as a Customer Service Representative.
Qualifications
What you will do:
- Manage incoming requests from our commercial clients - by phone or in writing - on all post-sales and operational processing topics at the first level and find the right solution for each request;
- Assist our dealers on topics such as logistics, document sending, payments, and complaints, and work closely with our internal specialized departments;
- Teamwork and communication: you will be the interface between our customers and specialized departments and ensure that all problems are resolved efficiently;
- Carefully organize and manage our customer overviews, reports, and data.
What we require:
- Previous experience in customer service is a significant added value; especially if you are familiar with ticketing systems and telephony software and proficiency with the Google Suite, particularly GSheet;
- We would be happy to welcome a motivated person in our team with a structured and meticulous approach to work, and a strong spirit of collaboration;
- Communication skills: be able to listen actively, demonstrate reliability, and always find the most effective way to express yourself.
