Drive strategic account growth: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to exceed sales targets within a major consumer retailer.
Cultivate deep partnerships: Build and nurture executive-level relationships, negotiate strategic programs, and collaborate on joint business development initiatives to drive mutual growth.
Become the category expert: Act as the subject matter expert for Apple's products, providing insights, training, and strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Optimize retail experience: Partner with the account to enhance the physical and digital customer journey, ensuring best-in-class merchandising, product presentation, and sales associate engagement for Apple.
Analyze market & performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner sales data to identify growth opportunities and forecast business health.
Lead cross-functional initiatives: Collaborate seamlessly with Apple's internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product) and partner teams to develop and execute innovative programs, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
Champion end-customer experience: Deeply understand the end-customer's needs and purchasing journey within the retail environment, constantly striving to exceed expectations and expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem.
