We are recruiting a Coordinator of Continuing Education Programs (H/F) on a permanent contract for our Saint-Ouen Campus.
Your Mission
You will be the pillar of the operational management of continuing education and the guarantor of the satisfaction of corporate clients and learners. From the signing of the contract to the final assessment, you ensure a smooth, qualitative, and personalized experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting B2B & B2C clients on service offerings
- Organizing launch meetings and coordinating with internal teams
- Monitoring the proper execution of services
- Main interface between the client and Audencia throughout the collaboration
- Conducting satisfaction assessments and identifying loyalty levers
- Participating and organizing occasional corporate events on the Parisian Campus (logistical support, catering reservations, etc.)
- Supporting continuing education participants
- Preferred contact point for learners throughout their journey
- Coordinating with pedagogical, technical, and support teams
- Regularly collecting feedback, detecting early warning signs (motivation, dropout), and implementing corrective solutions
- Administrative and logistical management of training programs
- Planning programs and managing internal and external interventions
- Ensuring compliance before contract and payment issuance
- Booking rooms, organizing breaks and lunches, and sending invitations
- Monitoring attendance, proposing make-up sessions, recording grades, and issuing certificates
- Organizing and participating in various events (diploma ceremonies, delegate meetings, etc.)
- Financial follow-up
- Managing orders and invoicing to funders
- Reminding of unpaid invoices and budget tracking
- Quality and continuous improvement
- Collecting documents for audits and classifications
- Preparing quality dossiers (Qualiopi)
- Analyzing satisfaction indicators and implementing corrective actions
Profile Sought
- Organized, rigorous, and responsive, with an excellent customer service focus
- Autonomy and ability to manage unforeseen events
- Experience in administrative management, pedagogical coordination
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable with office tools and pedagogical information systems
- Fluency in English is a plus
Working Conditions:
Annual gross salary: 36000-40000€ per 13 months according to profile and experience
Teleworking: up to 2 days per week
