We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused temp-to-hire to support daily operations through excellent service, accurate order handling, and hands-on warehouse work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands warehouse processes, and is comfortable using hand tools. The right candidate is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with a stable and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolving customer concerns, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist with order processing, quotes, and product support.
• Pull and organize inventory using scanning systems and strong attention to detail.
• Load/unload trucks and trailers and secure materials for safe transport.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and is willing to train and certify.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools to replace or change components as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Crosstrain and support additional duties as assigned.
• The position also requires adherence to health and safety guidelines and regular attendance.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Warehouse experience and ability to perform physical work.
• Comfortable using hand tools and willing to learn new skills.
• Reliable, motivated, and interested in growth opportunities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• An associate's degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience is required.
• Basic mechanical skills and prior fork truck operation experience is preferred.
• Commercial (heavy duty) truck parts background/knowledge is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Pre-employment drug testing is required.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
