Customer Service Representative

Located in a beautiful, modern business park, relaxing atmosphere, great pay!

Responsibilities:

  1. Computer and telephone are used extensively each day to directly interact with customers and internal team members.
  2. Provides support for Customer in response to inquiries about company products, customer purchase orders, checking on the status of an order, pricing, delivery information, handle and resolve Customer Complaints and Material Return requests, and any other information needed by the customer.
  3. Daily interactions with internal team members such as Tech Support, Production Control, Finance and Shipping Dept.
  4. Provide additional support to your co-workers when we have department absences.
  5. Other duties as assigned

Other skills:

  • Effective communication skills including, strong phone handling skills, active listening, asking appropriate questions, ability to perform efficiently in different environments, the ability to maintain composure under pressure or while handling a challenging situation.
  • The use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Team player

Education and/or Experience:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents including product catalogs, procedure manuals, work instructions, and software manuals. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and other business associates. Skill and ability to converse with people and listen.
