Account Manager (inside Sales)

Account Manager

Great opportunity for an Account Manager (no outside sales). M-F 8 am - 5pm and salary $45k-$65K DOE.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

Minimum 2+ years account management experience (furniture store/home decor)

Bachelor's degree

25%-50% travel (4-6 times annually)

Analyze customer needs and develop strategic account plans

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings

Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by clients

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery

Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Skills:

Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and develop effective account strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

Proven ability to conduct warm calling and generate new business leads

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions

Proficient in using CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline
