Overall Purpose: Strategically develop and direct programs that enhance sales initiatives, optimize operational processes, and support field efforts to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Lead Management: Oversee the allocation and distribution of sales leads to dealers within a designated territory. Ensure leads are assigned promptly and accurately to appropriate dealers
• Dealer Support: Collaborate closely with NAMs/dealers to understand their specific leads requirements and challenges. Provide guidance and tailored support that truly meets their unique requirements. From lead generation strategies to troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and lead performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize lead assignments and enhance sales strategies.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for internal and external customers, focusing on effective lead management techniques, Salesforce onboarding, Salesforce mapping, NDSc processes, and NDSc Dealer Standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess the performance of dealers in region for lead conversion rates and sales productivity. Collaborate with NAMs to implement strategies to address performance gaps and improve results.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, and internal customers. Foster a collaborative environment to drive mutual success.
• Reporting: Utilize and leverage NDSc reports on lead assignment effectiveness, dealer performance, dealer quality/compliance, and sales outcomes. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into lead performance, sales activities, and other key metrics.
• Process Optimization: Continuously own and evaluate lead management processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Recommend and implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Earn between $52,400 - $88,100 + $34,000 commissions yearly, if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
