What your daily activities will look like:

  • Provide end-to-end support for customers' online orders, including delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payments, refunds, order tracking, and customer inquiries.
  • Handle sensitive customer and client data in compliance with PCI and GDPR regulations.
  • Communicate with customers, carriers/couriers, financial institutions, internal teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify, analyze, and escalate complex cases when necessary, using internal knowledge bases and tools.
