We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Atlas Logistics Team as an Account Manager! The Account Manager is an integral and proficient team member at Atlas Logistics and is responsible for comprehensive project management and fostering robust customer relationships. This role independently manages larger, more complex accounts, serving as the primary liaison between the customer and the storage facility. The Account Manager ensures budget adherence and coordinates timely deliveries, consistently prioritizing quality and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations, financial performance, and budgeting of assigned accounts to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee customer projects in collaboration with warehouse teams and support services, ensuring timely and professional execution.
- Ensure all required documentation is delivered accurately and on schedule to assigned accounts.
- Prepare and deliver prompt, accurate quotations to customers and prospects in coordination with the sales department.
- Negotiate competitive pricing with warehouses and clients to optimize value and profitability.
- Address and resolve customer disputes and claims efficiently, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency for logistics accounts.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma and/or GED is required.
- 2-4 years of account management or project coordination experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations and/or a combination of both education and experience are required.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and projects independently, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, profitability analysis, and cost control.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in pricing strategies and vendor/customer relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or logistics management systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in resolving disputes and handling claims.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
