We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer who will take on a broad role. This person will be responsible for full project support, which includes Customer Service assistance in processing orders as well as Supply Chain support in managing and tracking the progress of orders. This person will serve as the link between the project and various departments within our organization.
As the single point of contact in this specific project, this Customer Service Officer will manage customer interactions, and all administrative tasks needed.
The ideal candidate will possess strong language skills (native Dutch speaker, fluent in both written and spoken English. They should be accustomed to working with SAP and/or Salesforce, be accurate and flexible, have a relevant bachelor's degree, and have solid experience in a similar role within the industrial sector. Experience in lean manufacturing or working in a business system-based company is a plus. As this is a sedentary position, the candidate should live within a 30-minute drive of our organization.
