Customer Support Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team and be the voice of our company to both guests and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver exceptional support with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Strive to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience in every interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow through to resolution using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk).
• Communicate effectively with both local and overseas customers.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1–3 years in a contact center environment, handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
• Preferably from the hospitality or travel industry.
• Experience using customer service platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Strong attention to detail, active listening, empathy, consistency, persuasion, and excellent telephone manners.
• Able to work 100% on-site presence and willingness to work on shifting schedules.
