About Athlete to Athlete is a fast-growing sports-tech startup connecting NCAA Division I athletes with the next generation of youth athletes. In our programs, student-athletes are paired with a current Division 1 College-Athlete Mentor who plays their sport and can help build their confidence, taking their game to the next level. About the Role
In this position, you will play a pivotal part in our day-to-day customer operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our program. You'll support customer communication, mentor coordination, meeting logistics, and new client onboarding following the sales process. As a key member of the operations team, you'll work closely with our Head of Operations to ensure an excellent experience for both customers and mentors. Overall, you will serve as a liaison between our mentors and mentees and their immediate families to ensure seamless interaction and satisfaction with our services.
$70,000 - $75,000 a year
