The eBusiness Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients who operate digital businesses in areas such as commerce, content portals, intranets, and other transactional digital areas.

In addition to a strong understanding of digital technologies, this position demands strategic thinking, effective communication skills, and sales capabilities. Responsibilities include establishing, maintaining and growing client relationships, selling services and products to existing and new clients.

EBusiness Account Managers act as the primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing plans that align with business objectives, scoping work, estimating costs, and achieving sales. Performance is measured by metrics such as client retention, revenue growth, and customer trust.

Candidates for the eBusiness Account Manager position should have coordination and management skills and be able to represent the company in a professional, confident, and customer-focused manner to both existing and prospective clients and partners.
