Responsibilities include establishing, maintaining and growing client relationships, selling services and products to existing and new clients.
EBusiness Account Managers act as the primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing plans that align with business objectives, scoping work, estimating costs, and achieving sales. Performance is measured by metrics such as client retention, revenue growth, and customer trust.
