Project Coordinator II

The Project Coordinator II will plan and coordinate aspects of internal projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.

Scope:

  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope.
  • Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track program milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables for multiple projects.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, process documents, and risk analyses.
  • Participate in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder involvement.
  • Drive project lifecycle milestones from concept to closure, advocating for change management.
  • Utilize metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and provide regular status updates.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements, identifying and resolving gaps across teams and functions.
  • Identify and account for project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regularly scheduled meetings with core teams.
  • Evaluate post-project results against metrics and recommend improvements to delivery practices.
  • Process collected data into databases and generate necessary Google tasks or bugs.
  • Monitor and ensure the timely closure of related tasks and bugs.
  • Support data analysis and visualization to facilitate effective communication within Google.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) or equivalent combination of education and experience (2-5 years related experience).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including conflict resolution and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and documentation).
  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and assignments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in creating spreadsheets, presentations, and project/process documentation, particularly Google Workspace (Sheets).
  • Strong observational and analytical skills, including data collection, organization, analysis, and dissemination.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to track and report metrics and manage risks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Various project management certifications.
  • Change management knowledge.
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Buganizer tool.

Physical Demand & Work Environment:

  • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing.
  • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment.
  • Must be able to use a computer.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Salary Range $21.27 - $33.58 USD (Hourly)

  • Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
  • Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
