Key Account Manager - Neurology Franchise

Currently, we are looking for a Key Account Manager - Neurology Franchise in the area of Rare Diseases, who will take full responsibility for managing the assigned territory, implementing and maintaining the marketing strategy for the product through strategic management of key units, and building the position and brand of AstraZeneca and its products in the area: Lower Silesian, Lubusz, Opole.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and implementing long and short-term strategic plans for the territory (Key Account Plan)
  • Constantly expanding and updating knowledge and skills in specific areas
  • Building and developing the position of ASTRAZENECA and its products in specific institutions
  • Building, maintaining, and developing relationships with customers based on broad technical knowledge and professional partnership

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the position of Key Account Manager or Specialist in Key Accounts in the closed healthcare sector, confirmed by high work results
  • Experience in the field of neurology and/or rare diseases will be an asset
  • Readiness to quickly build and maintain a high level of technical knowledge in specific therapeutic areas
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically
  • Decisiveness and responsibility
  • Independence and self-motivation
  • Knowledge of Public Procurement Law and conditions related to closed healthcare
  • Experience with Drug Programs is welcome
  • Efficient computer operation (especially MS Office package)
  • Driving license (category B) and practice in driving a car
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level
