Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to new and established markets to represent the delivery program.
  • Generate program interest through in-person prospecting and relationship building with local community leaders.
  • Educate small businesses about the delivery program and track candidate interest in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with regional Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders to develop acquisition strategies.
  • Acquire new delivery partners through referrals, door-to-door outreach, and hosting local events.
  • Set accurate expectations with candidates to establish long-term successful partnerships.
  • Identify operational improvements to enhance the partner experience.
  • Manage program growth through funnel management opportunities when not traveling.

Work Environment:

This role requires extensive travel, with 75% of time spent on the road. When not traveling, the position is office-based. The team is part of an elite group within the delivery program with high visibility within the leadership team. This is a long-term contract position with potential for permanent placement. The role includes a commission structure and offers 2 weeks PTO eligibility after 6 months and a successful performance review.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
