As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach methods including cold calling, and in-person visits. You will schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers, present products and solutions tailored to their needs, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals. Additionally, you will provide ongoing service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer relationships from initial contact through post-sale support.
Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, outreach, and in-person visits.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers.
Present products and solutions based on customer needs.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals.
Provide ongoing service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage customer relationships from initial contact through post-sale support.
Accurately document sales activity and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Experience in outside sales, business development, or B2B sales.
Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
