Project Coordinator
Review client specifications and job requirements to develop accurate and timely print estimates. Analyze costs related to paper, ink, labor, press time, finishing, mailing, postage, and outside services. Work closely with sales, account management, and production teams to develop optimal pricing strategies. Recommend cost-effective alternatives or efficiencies when appropriate. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in estimating and production systems. Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors as needed. Ensure that all estimates align with production capabilities and scheduling. Assist with job planning and production handoffs to ensure smooth execution.
Responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of estimating experience in a commercial or direct mail print environment
- In-depth knowledge of print production methods (digital, offset, finishing, mailing)
- Experience with USPS regulations, mail piece design, and postage for direct mail projects
- Familiarity with estimating software and MIS systems (e.g., EPMS, PrintSmith, Pace, Avanti, etc.)
- Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
