Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company for new restaurant partners, ensuring a smooth and delightful onboarding experience.
• Develop and execute onboarding strategies tailored to merchant needs.
• Work directly with hardware and software systems to configure and deploy platform solutions.
• Create training materials and lead in-person staff training sessions.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to drive adoption and revenue.
• Adapt quickly to evolving environments and contribute to shaping the operational playbook.

Essential Skills

• Experience in project coordination, restaurant management, and hospitality.
• Bilingual capabilities, with Spanish fluency as a strong plus.
• Systems implementation and cross-functional support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in hospitality, restaurant management, or systems implementation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Strong customer service skills, both internally and externally.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is a strong plus.

Work Environment

The role involves a mix of remote work and onsite visits to restaurant partners. You will have opportunities to travel and innovate, making a real impact on how merchants interact with technology.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Francisco, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr.
