Part-Time Customer Service Admin

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Admin to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to customers, assist with scheduling, and perform note-taking, along with other assigned duties. You will also be responsible for entering BGE Work Order Information into our proprietary CRM system and updating customers on work orders and the status of requests.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to customers and assist with scheduling.

  • Enter BGE Work Order Information into the proprietary CRM system.
  • Update customers on work orders and status of requests.

Essential Skills

  • 3-5 years of administrative/customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Data entry and order entry capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to help put together presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Work Environment

This position is on-site, full-time in Windsor Mill. You will work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., totaling 12-15 hours per week. This role offers the opportunity for an assignment longer than six months, depending on workflow needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Windsor Mill, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
