Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by coordinating field service activities and ensuring the seamless execution of requests. Manage customer service inquiries with precision and efficiency, providing service estimates or job quotations promptly. Maintain customer satisfaction by tracking ongoing work orders and keeping them informed through updates in the portal or direct communication.

The position is initially a contract role, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
