Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You will work in a professional office setting that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning. The environment is fast-paced and performance-oriented, with clear goals and support from leadership and peers. You will use CRM systems and various networking and communication tools to manage accounts, track activity, and connect with clients and candidates. The organization offers a comprehensive, paid 24-week training program followed by a competitive base salary structure with unlimited commission potential, performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and an all-expenses-paid annual trip for top performers.
