Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial as we transition to a new computer system, Visual II, and require assistance in uploading customer certifications. This position is temporary, designed to support the project, with the possibility of extending based on project needs or fit for other roles.
Responsibilities
- Collect and upload customer certificates into the new computer system, Visual II.
- Manage a substantial backlog, potentially processing thousands of certificates.
- Communicate effectively with customer contacts to retrieve necessary information, even if it requires persistence.
- Scan and upload certificates accurately into the system.
- Handle multiple email chains simultaneously, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in an office setting, customer service or data entry role
- ERP experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with a manufacturing company.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
