The role involves monitoring inventory levels, communicating with purchasing and planning teams when stock is low, and interacting with both internal and external vendors and customers. You will also utilize our internal CRM system to document communications effectively. This position is characterized by a focus on quality interactions, with some calls lasting over 30 minutes and a significant volume of email correspondence.
