Pharmacy Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical in providing exceptional service to our clients by handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The position requires working onsite from Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver an effortless and positive experience for callers by resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, refills, and shipment scheduling.
- Process medication refills and coordinate shipment schedules for patients and providers.
- Identify and resolve caller needs, ensuring appropriate follow-up and next steps.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and prescription fulfillment based on operational demands.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
Essential Skills
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Healthcare or pharmacy experience strongly desired.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute.
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Tennessee.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High volume call experience.
Work Environment
This position is onsite at our Memphis, TN location. Employees will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role offers cross-training opportunities and the potential to become a full-time employee after 90 days. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr.
