Schedule

  • Training (2–4 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Regular shifts (based on need but will stay consistent):
    • 9:00AM - 5:30 PM
    • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
    • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll serve as a key point of contact supporting both customers and service partners. You'll ensure requests are handled efficiently while delivering a high level of service and communication.

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to customer and partner inquiries via phone and email
  • Handle a moderate call volume (10–25 calls per day, inbound and outbound)
  • Coordinate service requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
  • Track and manage open requests, providing updates and status details
  • Problem-solve when challenges arise and find solutions that meet customer needs
  • Communicate with internal teams to keep workflows running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems with customer interactions
  • Assist with onboarding or coordinating new service partners when needed
  • Help prioritize urgent requests and ensure they are addressed quickly

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Warrenville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
