Customer Service Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
HYBRID- 3 days work from home - 2 days onsite in Gainesville, VA
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute customer vehicle relocation orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring all instructions are followed precisely
- Oversee additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and storage placement
- Communicate clearly and promptly with staff and independent contractors via email, phone, and CRM
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, including timely updates and document uploads
- Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive communication style
- Confidence in decision-making and ownership of responsibilities
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Comfort with CRM systems and advanced computer skills
- High school diploma required; inventory experience is a plus
- Minimum typing speed of 37 WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
