Amazon Hub Delivery Program Recruiter

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work with the Amazon Hub Delivery program. This role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery program. You will collaborate with Business Development Managers and other local account development executives to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate and execute recruitment events. The position requires travel within the market and significant door-to-door walking.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted zip codes, typically within urban centers and surrounding areas.
• Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application vetting and onboarding process.
• Track lead activity and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support Business Development Managers in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns, town hall meetings, and coffee chats.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to engage local champions, such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Work with Account Managers and other team members to support newly recruited businesses on launch day and as needed.
• Perform other duties related to the recruitment and retention of businesses.
• Track all activities and outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr.
