Account Executive

Launching A Brand-New Initiative

Be part of launching a brand-new initiative in your area! We're looking for motivated, outgoing professionals to help bring local businesses into our client's exciting new program. In this role, you'll act as the face of the program - meeting business owners, building relationships within the community, and helping qualified partners join a fast-growing delivery network.

What You'll Do

• Engage local businesses in targeted communities through door-to-door visits.
• Present and pitch a brand-new Amazon delivery partnership opportunity to generate strong interest.
• Qualify businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process.
• Track and manage leads using Salesforce to keep your pipeline organized and moving.
• Support community recruitment events such as lunch-and-learns, town halls, and coffee chats.
• Partner with local organizations including chambers of commerce and economic development groups.
• Import and manage weekly Excel data within Salesforce.

You'll work directly with a Field Manager and local contractor team to make a real impact on the success of this program launch.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
• A genuine passion for working with people and delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Field sales experience.
• Strong professionalism, energy, and a sense of urgency.
• Problem-solving ability and high attention to detail - especially when assisting applicants in the field.
• Tech-savvy with experience navigating multiple systems.
• Ability to drive around town.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Detroit, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
