The Bulk Plant Customer Service Attendant is responsible for providing superior customer service and delivering an exceptional experience. The Bulk Fuel Plant Customer Service Attendant is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operation of the Bulk Plant fueling station. This includes monitoring and dispensing of bulk heating oil, customer service, cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment and facilities, and assisting with the coordination of customer related activities that occur at the Bulk Plant fuel Kiosk. In addition, the fuel dock attendant will assist Bulk Plant operations staff in the performance of their duties including cleaning of the containment area, grounds, buildings, and parking lot. Weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours work is required. This position will be responsible for operations performed at the Heating Oil Kiosk and Heating Oil Island to ensure customers are able to purchase Bulk Heating Oil at the North Lane Rack at The Sourdough Fuel Bulk Plant in a safe clean environment.
